Wikipedia is one of the most widely used sources of information. That makes it a target for attacks from the PR industry. As a journalist, I have already uncovered several cases of manipulation on Wikipedia.

Now, with the help of a crowdfunding campaign on the platform Startnext, I’ve financed an investigation that takes a closer look at pharmaceutical articles on the online encyclopedia.

Over the course of nine days, 22 supporters contributed a total of €751.11 to make this research possible. I want to thank everyone who supported the campaign in any way! A crucial topic can now be tackled through independent journalism.
